Spread over 2 floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single that cannot be used in winter due to lack of heating), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Please note that the single bedroom is not heated, so in winter the sofa bed is available as an alternative. Additional amenities include a TV and a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The holiday home has a private outdoor area with a garden and terrace. In winter, the sofa bed is used instead of the single bedroom. The property is in an area with breathtaking mountain views. Several trails are available for those who enjoy relaxing walks and nature. The property offers multiple parking spaces. If there are two of you and you wish to use both double bedrooms, please notify the owner in advance via the booking platform. One pet is allowed (except cats), permitted only on the ground floor. Smoking and events are not allowed. The property offers an easy self check-in system. Please note that the property and surrounding areas are only accessible by car, as there is no public transport.
